Help with distant learning platform.

Hello Everyone,

I work at a Green Tech company. We want to launch a distant learning platform. We want to have a few teachers give lessons on camera live and have students pay to watch. Students should also have access to the archived lessons for studying.

Can anyone give me some recommendations on a platform to use?

We looked at payperlive.com (part of Stikcam) and a company called Techwerks (Techwerks.com) which sells us a encoder box/touch screen and a back end service.

We really need some good advice. Thank you very much for any ideas.
