My 1st post but not my last. What is the best video format for fastest web viewing.

When uploading video to my web site which format is the quickest for my visitors to view, scaled by quality. My videos are 30 minute tv hunting shows. I am using adobe premiere design cs3. You can see my work at www.outdoorswithbobcoker.com and www.birminghamdeershow.com. Would like to speed up the ability to view without losing a lot of the quality.
