Does anyone know if there is a good hard drive/DVD recorder based camcorder that will allow simultaneous live streaming?

My client is a funeral home who wants to stream live broadcasts of their funerals and offer a DVD after the service is over. They need to be able to run this set-up quickly and easily, and none of them are video pros. I'd like to make the process as simple as possible without them having to digitize footage from a tape.
