Did I get my math wrong?
80 MBytes = 640000 Kbits
640000 / 180 seconds = 3555 Kbits/sec
Doh!
Must stop posting past bedtime :).
That's really a HD bitrate. 432x240 should be just fine around 400-600 Kbps.
