Sorry this is a shameless plug and a little bit late.

The company I work for a company that has a self managed Service called Vidego. It will allow you to: upload a video in almost any format, Transcode the uploaded video to flash, choose from a couple hundred player options to display your video, provide the iframe code to embed the player in any site and, provide reporting data.

All of this can be done from a web interface and does not have much of a learning curve to use.

If you’d like to get a demo I can have an sales guy contact you. I am on the tech side of the house.
