Hey guys,
Probably a stupid question for you all... but I need a bit of help.
I have a .wmv video (80 minutes long and 33mb) that I need put on my website.
Anyhow, as you know... .wmv isn't the best format to put on a website for people to view (not everyone has windows media player... and load times are too high)...
... so I need it turned into .swf and uploaded to be viewed in a flash player that automatically starts.
Here are a couple examples of EXACTLY what I want to do:

The videos on both of those pages are smooth, load quickly, and run nice.
Anyhow, I either would love to hire someone to do it for me for this video ( and future ones)... or I'd like someone toss me a bit of help on how to do it myself.
To tell you the truth, I'd rather find someone who I can come to for these projects and outsource the work to you/them. This is probably something so easy that it would almost be quicker for someone to do it themselves than to write a reply telling me how to do it ;-)
Just FYI, it would be cool if I could get it done today (wednesday) or by Thursday morning at the latest. But no biggie if it isn't.
