I have the same issues. I only have one swf though without others loading inside of it. The flvs are run via NetStream. Either bitrate is choppy. Were you able to come up with any solutions? The original Quicktime vid I converted from runs great, and the flv's run perfect in the new Adobe Media Player. I'm on a cable connection with a newer G5... and I've tested in a few browsers. Originally I thought it was the NetStream but I also tried the Flash video components with the same results.
