Canopus does seem to do quite a bit, but is only for PC. I am also not sure that it supports Flash ON2VP6 which is clearly a supperior codec to Spark; or QuickTime H.264. I like Sorenson Squeeze, with the option to add the new Flash and Windows plugins. This will also run you a few $$$.
