Hey Supergreen, lets try to avoid making you superpink (as in pink slip!)

1st of all you should read the above discussion about Flash vs Quicktime, and decide what is the best direction to go as far as what codec to commit to. You can pretty much come out of Final Cut in any direction that you want. If you are strictly going on the web, you want to deinterlace your video. If it's Flash that you want; your company will have to spend a few more $$ to get the needed plug-ins. Personally, I like using Sorenson Squeeze to encode video for Flash, as I think that it offers more control (than coming out of FCP). Your other concern (which I can't help you with), is getting your arms around embeeding the video into your page. If you don't already know what to do (as a web designer); I recommend pulling in a consultant to help implement this round, and learn what the process is for the future.
