Hi:

I am looking for the best way to stream a twenty minute video without people having to wait forever to see it and still have good quality. These are the programs I have.

I edit in Adobe Premiere pro 1.5

I use Adobe Golive 6 as my website builder (is macromedia better?)

And I have Sorenson Squeeze 4.0

And I'm on a PC format

And my web server allows me 50gigs a month

I have see twenty to thirty minute videos on the net and the load time was realatively quick. Under a minute. And example of this is http://www.symphonyofthefallen.com

I'm looking for the right settings to stream this video in. Since I have Sorenson I have a ton of options but I'm looking for some expert advice even if that means changing a program.

Thanks.
