Well 512 Kbits/sec by 185 seconds divided by 8 for bytes is 11,840 and the difference is the audio.

The most important thing with anything on the web is to lower your expectations...

You can have image size, quality or small download size - but only any two. You cannot have all three, so you currently have a reasonable size, good quality and large download. That's normal.

You could have the same image size and a smaller download by compromising quality (bandwidth) or a smaller image size and good quality with smaller download.

These are the tradeoffs and why really great compressionists get paid better than any of us ;)
