Bob is right on, Mpeg 2 wont play in Peroria or any place else, besides its way to high bitrate for web streaming.

I dont embed video is a web page...it is too restrictive on the audience. I just link directly to the video file which then plays in a free standing player (WMP).
I dont use GoLive, but in Front Page the code is writen from the Insert menu. Maybe Insert>Plug-in.

Not sure what Bob has in mind for the odd frame size, but suggest keeping it 4:3 with both #'s divisable by 16, like 320 X 240...480 X 360. 400 kbps is fine.
