Please submit a support ticket at http://www.automaticduck.com/support/contact

Don't forget to zip your logs folder and include it on the form.
"/Library/Application Support/Automatic Duck/Supporting Files/logs"

You'll get an auto-reply with info on where you can upload your Avid AAF file and MXF media files, zip all the files and upload to the web address in that email.
