Wireless frequency in Seattle?

I want to get a wireless lavalier mic for wedding use. Perhaps the sennheiser EW100 set.
What is the best frequency band to get? I assume Band C (700Mhz) is no longer available due to the recent FCC auction.
Is Lectrosnics overkill? They cost at least twice as much. It may be better to use the money to buy two sets of sennheiser and put it on both the groom and bride.
Has anyone managed to hide a wireless mic on the bride? In theory you could put the transmitter under the gown somewhere (perhaps taped to the calf), and put the microphone in the bust, but I'm afraid to suggest the idea.
