That's valid info, but consider this:

He didn't say he WAS going to supply the gear, and in my experience that means the SHOOTER supplies it.

This is in LA. (Housing costs alone are STAGGERING!)
A 40 hour-a-week pro video job at $25/hour ($52,000/year) in LA is actually pretty low.

To offer this FREE-LANCE is VERY low.
