(Billerica, Massachusetts--April 1, 2008) Echolab Corporation, a leading provider of professional video production switchers and broadcast tools, today announced the launch of the MultiPlayMD™ multidefinition, multichannel instant-replay system.
This new system offers unique functionality at an affordable price point, providing continuous recording of up to 32 channels of SD or HD content. Full integration with Echolab's Overture series of production switchers enables users to realize powerful production capabilities.

Working with MultiPlayMD, operators can switch instantly between live, play, and record functions, with instant synchronous playback available on all channels. The system is fully integrated with Echolab's Overture1™ and Overture2™ production switchers and can be operated directly from the switcher control panel or from Echolab's Conductor™ control integration system.
