Hey Greg,

Thanks for posting your piece.

I was surprised to hear that you used a well known chord progression in the first 1:24 (min) of your piece. It was very old school and yet some of the piano lines that played against the main theme were nice.

I'm not much of a fan of strings that sound fake. There are many ways to make your strings sound "real" or "more live" with processing...or even different libraries (Vienna Symphonic). So, that would be my biggest issue.

I like the piece much better as it moved into your 2nd movement at 1:24 minutes. It is simple. But that's not bad either.

It felt a little predictable. But over all nice.

What year student are you? And which university?

Stephen
