Economy Shared Storage

I'm not sure if this is the right page for this inquiry.

I just want to ask about file management & storage solutions for a small media team. I know it's hard to harmonize economy and performance.

Or at least please, refer me to a link or a resource about small-group, economy shared-storage solutions? At least I want to have some references when we meet and discuss with our IT team.

Some stuff that I need basic info:

- storage size requirement. What is the ideal storage capacity of a file server for a small media team?
- bandwidth/speed requirements: say, 2 video editors, DV/HDV...how can we measure?
