Exporting project from AVID - Compression help.

When creating a media managed file in FCP from a final edited project (aprox 101minutes long) shot on P2 at HD 720p I get a file size of around 75 gig (I am aware that this is not true HD but a P2 compressed version), I now need to transfere my FCP project to AVID then export an AVID 'media managed' file onto an external hard drive to courier to my producers - My question is what is the closest AVID compression type to P2 720p? otherwise AVID will just export a 'true HD' file size getting me up to a terra byte in hard drive space - this is more expensive on an independent budget, so I want to know the best may to not loose on original quality, without having to add-on larger file sizes un-necessarily.
thank you for your time and valuable advice in advance,
Aaron.
