Hobbies and Interests: Family is #1. #2 is testing as many NLE hardware/software solutions as possible, and challenging those companies to provide the "holy grail" for the serious editor.

Comments and Things Worth Noting:
Extensive on-line editing background back in the days of 1" tape through Beta, to D2 and ending up on Digital Betacam. Early Pro-Tools beta tester when only stereo channels. Early Avid adopter, installing the first Avid with Broadcast Video board and Pinnacle 3D effects in the Southeast U.S.
Long term beta tester of several products, and beta team leader for a few. Have worked in R&D for various NLE companies. Longer term video director, editor, & producer of 22 years. Traveling demo artist and trainer.
Former Matrox dealer and system integrator.
