Moises, your caption data is intact. that "show caption" option in quicktime doesn't work for me either, but rest assured the captioning is there. just play it with quicktime, you will see the little white blips of data at the very top...thats...

you could do this with Roxio DVDITPRO HD. but a pc is required....

yeah the kona down converts a little better than software and in realtime. yes compressor can produce excellent results for DVD video. cinemacraft or other encoders are not necessary....
