FCP...any of the Final Cut Suite...does not work with two graphics cards. They CAN...but there will be issues, and definately if you use FX Plug plugins in FCP that utilize the graphics card for more RT performance, and Motion...

Just be aware that with iShowU, it doesn't record TC to the QT file...so if you edit the clip, and then export, the export DOES NOT RECOGNIZE the editing you have done...it just plays the clip, unedited (except for audio)...
