this should not be that difficult to work out. what i would suggest is that you use FLV Encoder to add event CuePoints at the end of each of your videos. those will best trigger a function that can...

you use a MovieCLip symbol as the button. then you can addEventListenrs for its ROLL_OVER, ROLL_OUT, and CLICK states. the functions tell the button how to appear. for the CLICK function, just make sure to removeEventListeners for the other 2...
