As Rune points out, there is an issue with the way FCP handles the playback of the audio and video files in conjunction with Uncompressed material. This has been mentioned here before and the good news is that Cinewave's OSX drivers will eliminate this once and for all. In the meantime, the sync issue is solid and repeatable, which means that if for your system you are one frame out of sync, simply shift your audio in the timeline by one frame and everything will be golden.
