I am having difficulty importing eps files that have been created in Illustartor CS. I am currently using Lightwave 8.0.1. I know that in the past I was able to import eps files using the EPSF loader as long as the illustartor file was vers 8 or older. The new CS version does not seem to give options to save eps files in older versions. Any suggestions/work arounds will be appreciated.

I have figured it out. In case others out there are new to Lightwave as I am, The way to get EPS files in Modeler is simple. (now that I know how). You need to export your Illustartor file as a Illustrator Legacy EPS. Illustrator will then allow you to save the file as an Illustrator 8 file which imports nicely into Modeler.
