Make sure that the previews are enabled in the options window. On a Windows computer you will find the options windows under the View menu in Sonicfire Pro and the Tools menu in Quicktracks for Premiere Pro.
If you are using a Mac, you will find it in the preferences.
Either way, select the Internet Tab and place a check box in the "Automatically download previews" box.
