Any way to put system preference in dock?
by solie swan on May 18, 2003 at 3:29:57 pm

I often connect my laptop to a network and have to go to system preferences>sharing each time to turn sharing on and off. Is there a way to simply put the sharing pref in the dock?

Thanks

One way is to double click near the title "Sharing" (at the top) while it is open, or you can click the yellow button.

Another, possibly better way, is to go to your OS X hard drive > System > Library > PreferencePanes > SharingPref.PrefPane and drag that to you Dock.
