Will ColorFinesse work in PremierePro 1.5? (someone told me that it is installed in the new AfterEffects 6.5. Is this true, AND, will PremierePro 1.5 recognize it.

The version of Color Finesse that shipped with AE 6.5 works only with that version of AE. You can still buy Color Finesse directly from Synthetic Aperture if you want to use it with some other application like Premiere or FCP. I'm pretty sure that the Color Finesse that ships with AE is not limited in any way, except that it only runs with AE.
