I bought two Power 2000 BP-930 Lithium-Ion Battery Packs (7.2v, 4000mah) from B & H Photo (B&H Catalog # POBP930). I use them with a Canon CH-910 Dual battery charger. These batteries are the same size and exceed the Canon BP-930 3000mah and are only $69.95 ea. I haven't had them long enough to compare or tell you how well or long they last.
