The footage looks good on my NTSC when I play it on the NLE. But when I burn it, using an HP DVD300, and play it on my sony, the image is blown-out (white skin tones). When I play the DVD back on the PC it's fine.

Any help will ne great.

thanks

I've had a similar problem - editing in FCP, burning to DVD in iDVD. Playing back on a Sony player everything looks washed out. I went through all the settings on the DVD player and found some that where affecting the way it looked. I don't remember what they were, but seems like it was auto-contrast or something... I never would have guessed that the player was the problem.

Hope this helps.
