imac 800mHz 256M Ram DVDSP1.5.1 OS 9.2.2
I selected File>Build and Format Disk like I always do and I got an error during the "writing" stage of it. Gave me this error:
The device (Bus2,ID1) reported the illegal request: Buffer underun (0x21,0x02.)
Ejected my disk incomplete.
Any thoughts?

make sure no drives have less than 5gb available.

The ones I am not using? My internal drive had 400megs, but my destination drive had 15 gigs.
Did I understand you correctly?

yes all drives- especially system drive.

depends on which camera- there's some forums here for Panasonic HD cams- then some forums on 2-pop for others. You can also try hidef.org.
