Are there any similar lens systems to the Arri Tilt, Shift-and-Tilt or Clairmont Swing-and-Shift lens systems (not necessarily remote or servo controlled) for standard video lens mounts?

I am not in the US so I cannot go around camera rental shops to see if anyone rigged a custom system, unfortunately, so I am looking for a system to buy.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Cheers,
Andrei

Yes, there are Sony B-4 mount adapters for swing & shift systems. If you find a particular brand you like, Find out if they'll put a Sony mount on it. Assuming you have Sony lens mount. The mount is a relatively easy thing to configure for someone making this equipment. I used one from a rental house in San Francisco in 1998 on a Sony D-30 camera. It was a prototype system so it wasn't real well done but they are out there. Pay attention to clearances around your viewfinder. You may have some issues there. Have fun, it's a great look for no-depth video.
