Error on Avid DV Startup

MlamphierError on Avid DV Startup

When starting up Avid DV 3.5.4, I get the error: Exception: STRM_BUF_SMALL, buflen:64

If I click OK on the error window twice, Avid apparently boots up correctly. Any ideas on how to get rid of the error message?

Trash the media databases, and re-launch the application. Sounds like a chunk of corrupt media. The system will weed it out.
