i lost track on OSX, but still know something:
There is a bug in certain M100 versions with ref files.
Open them in qt and save (as ref) to make them work again.
Unless compressor has improved and has advanced corrections, forget it.
M100 files are 16 - 235 while compressor expects 0 - 255 (rgb color levels)
So your image will SUCK unless you can compensate for that.
If you have a PC laying around, get Pegasys TMPGenc and do your encoding there.
Dirt cheap, good and fast.
Get back to me if you want to know the tricks.
