 | Strange Error when trying to edit clip.

I am running Boris Red 2.5 on my Media 100 system and when a try to go back into red to re-edit a graphics clip I get an error stating: Unable to find authorization for continuim complete. please load software from original CD-rom.
I have never had continuim is this or any other computer, I am just trying to get back into Boris Red. Even after a shutdown and restart the clips cannot be edited and I have to start from scratch if I want to open them again.
Any ideas?
