emergency eject

I have a Sony 8mm camcorder (I've since graduated to a miniDV DCR TRV8) with a tape cartridge that won't eject. The unit powers up. I suspect the cartridge is jammed somehow.

Every other Sony mechanism I have -- such as CD-ROMs, VCRs -- have a manual eject button somewhere, often accessed through a pinhole. Is my 8mm camcorder likely to have such a "magic button"?

Good question. I would like to know too. I have a 310. Looks like only way you can get in is by removing the two screws holding the cover plate on.
