Radius Studio compressed

i have a number of Premiere movies from a while back but they were made using a Radius Studio video card.
those cards don't exist anymore because, well, the company doesn't.
everytime i open these things i end up with just a black screen and audio.

short of going back in time, is there a way to decompress these?
is ther a codec available anywhere?
