Am I supposed to delete the "Temporary Rendered Files" occasionally? (To clean up) Will I loose any data on Projects or Rendered Files that are saved. What about Captured Files?

If you are totally finished with the project, save the VEG file, SFVidCap file, any "extra" material such as images and WAV files, and the original tapes. You can recreate the project from there.

If you have already created the DVD (i.e. have the Video_TS and Audio_TS folders) and are satisfied that you are completed, you can delete both the original project files AND the intermediate MPEG2 and/or AC3 files.
