COW Forums : particle Illusion

JoeText effect

Some emmiters are text effects. How do I change this effect to contain my text.I tried changing the shape but the old text is still there with the new text.

Then you did it wrong. If you changed the particle shape from the old text to your new text, the old text won't be there. If you created a copy of the particle type and then changed the text, then the old text will be there in the old version of the particle type.

A few of the text presets have more than one particle type. Make sure that you switch change the shape in all the types to your shape.
