I have a number of source files that I need to string together into one file. I assumed this was what the "Enable multiple sources" preference is for in Cleaner 5 Problem is, it seems to be an undocumented feature (my manual skips right around it in the section dealing with preferences) and I can't figure out how to make it work. I was sort of expecting that with the preference checked, dragging a number of files into the project window would smoosh them all together, or that some check box or something would show so I could designate what files would be concatenated.

Ah, multifile sources is actually for having the video and audio tracks come from different files. It won't do what you want. Cleaner doesn't support what you want to do. You'll need to append your source files before encoding.
My Cleaner 6 e-book, out in a new edition in the next few days, fully documents this feature.
