I am very new to Cinema, I finally have done a couple pictures worth saving, but I can not find how to save them as jpegs or any other file than 3d formats, but then you can not see as pictures but as the project...please help...

Yeah, look at the C4DMan pdf file in the English (EN) folder. It has enough in there to help you out. Check under saving Renders.
