No luck importing into Toast

I just installed the Toast upgrade 6.0.7. When I drag an Audio TS & Video TS folder into Toast, I get a message saying that 6 out of 9 files are unsupported and cannot be imported to Toast. They were all built the same way in DVD SP 2.
What's going on?

launch toast, switch to Data tab, select DVD-ROM (UDF) from the left side menu.

create a folder, give it the name of your project, drag your VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders into it.

Drag and drop that folder into the main toast window, click burn.
