When I captured video using AJA IO PAL 8 bit to DV and DVCPRO formats, the video has strobing problem during playback. I don't know why it is. but there is no problem with the PAL 8 or 10 bit uncompressed.

I have used internal HD for storage also. I am seeking the solution for this.

can anybody help me out here. appreciate ur help.

Thanks

This is an issue I´ve heard of too, but I haven´t experienced. The thing is that with DV PAL the fields, for some reson, are in inverted order compared to, for instance, uncompressed PAL. The Io does support this and I`ve output alot of PAL DV sourcefotage here. However, it´s alll progressivescan materal så I mighten not see what you see. I´d contact AJA for support. They do have firmwareupdates for sertain boxes as well as softwareupgrades (1.0r2 is the latest here I reckon)
