 | can you direct the DVD to an end action on a chapter point

Can I set the DVD to have an end action on a chapter point. I want to be able to have the video go back to the main menu at the end of a chapter as well as play on to the next using a play all.
I understand I can do this with end actions of overrides if I split this up into different timelines, but I wanted to keep this as a single timeline if possible because the music bed that is below flows between the different chapters.
