I tried to use 1 timeline with 3,5 hours of video, instead of 4 timelines and that worked like previous post's indicated.
But I really would like my project to have 4 timelines seperated.
I use the latest videocollection and encode all avifiles, from premiere pro, in encore.
And as previous post I also get this error when building an image or dvdfolder.ยจ
The error appears when it starts with the navigation part of building.

Hi, right your gonna love this. I had the same error a while a go. Are you using encore 1.0? The only way I found to get rid of this was to start a completely new project. Re import all your assets and menus and then re link every thing. I have used multiple timelines plenty of times so doubt thats the problem. You could try using premiere pro to MPEG encode all your avis and see if that helps (will reduce render time in encore at least) if this doesnt work you could try adobe for a patch or Im afraid Im stumped. I had this error twice whilst doing my final year project for uni and have never seen it since.

No, i have the 1,5 version the newest videocollection.
I had 1,0 upgraded with 1,0,1 patch but now 1,5.
Did not have this problem with either 1,0 or 1,0,1.
So it has to be 1,5 versions fault.
But thank you anyway.

Have you got any moving sub pictures or sub titles? Multiple audio? multi angle? any thing like this?

5 menu's, still bakground created in PS CS, text over button, over subpicture
Main menu 5 Buttons
Rallycross Class 1 , 5 Buttons
Rallycross Class 2 , 5 Buttons
Rallycross Class 3 , 5 Buttons
Finals all classes, 9 Buttons
4 Timelines(in original project, before i used one single timeline wich worked, read that in another post here at the cow)
1'st timeline, all classes first run
2'nd timeline, all classes second run
3'd timeline, all classes third run
Final timeline, all classes final run
One single avi'file created in premiere pro 1,5 in each timeline.
about 16 - 20 chapters in each timeline
no text or angles.
