I searched this forum and read that a feature might be added to allow users to trade custom-made Looks profiles. What's the status of this project?

Also, does anyone know of any site that currently has such a section?

Thanks

I was thinking about this too, someone with some decent bandwidth should post maybe 4-5 stills and each person who submits a "look" will also post those same stills after having run through the bullet. Then there will be a nice archive with pic examples of each look for people to pick and choose..... sooooooo who's got bandwidth?

Looks Suite is about to face competition from Digital Film Tools' Film Lab. It has over 150 presets!

Film Lab has been out there for a while hasn't it? I like its over exposure feature.

If it was the amount of presets that would give the fiercest competition then my MB Look preset folder in AE would kick some serious a**. I've got hundreds and hundreds of ém! ;)

I don't see the point of sharing presets to be honest. Every project requires special work done. None of my looks would look the same on your materal since I probably prepare my material for MB in a completely different way and it's most unlikely that we shoot things in the same way. Always keep in mind that MB is no color corrector.
