Best way to go from DVD WS 1.3 AC-3 to DVD WS 2.21?

I currently have a stable version of DVD WS 1.3 AC-3 that I use all the time, now that the 2.21 patch is out, I'm ready to install the DVD WS 2 that's been sitting here next to my computer.

Do I need to uninstall DVD WS 1.3 AC-3 first?

Or does installing DVD WS 2 and then the patch replace DVD WS 1.3 AC-3?

Or will they both live happily on my machine?

They live happily together on the same machine (independant of each other). But just in case, make an "image" of your system drive before installing (I use Ghost to make drive images that can easily be restored if I need it)...
