Auto-focus motor suddenly very noisy! Anybody else experienced this?

Though it is not ideal, I was getting great sound with an on board Me66 shotgun mic.

Shooting a play the other night and it sounds like a Jeep driving back and fourth through the whole play. Yesterday I was shooting BMX and the thing was so loud I could hear it a little outside.

Anybody dealt with this?

If I have to send my camera back to Panny, how long will it take and how much will it cost!

This camera is my livlihood right now so I am pretty screwed.

Anyone had this?
