We have a post with DVX100 & AG-DV2000 amoung other things.
However we've started working with a Videographer whom uses a cannon XL-1 and his video is read just fine on the AG-DV2000 However, the Audio comes up missing. I've been told several version of what may be happening.
The Supplier say's they don't have that problem on their setup and they have both AG-DV2000 and a Cannon XL-1.
So is there taffy being pulled here or is my videographer possibly doing something different with his audio that
would make it not be read by our AG-DV2000 ?
I do know that the Cannon XL-1 and XL_1s have that "extra" audio channel.
This videographer is telling me he is using BOTH Audio Channels so it that it?
How can I "fix" this.
