"With SD and HD on the same card, they now join CineWave as the only products that can do both on just one card. "
Not to step on your thread, but DPS's new HD card now does HD and SD and joined the ranks of the CineWave/AJA barn....but on the PC side :-)
The interesting thing I found confusing today on the NAB floor, was the new DVCPRO HD codec used by all the vendors for getting "HD" into their systems. This is a DV style codec that brings HD down to a workable size for non-uncompressed users. You can bring HD files into a system via Firewire in the new FCP 4.5HD using this codec. There will be more interesting facts about this option over the next few months.
